I've always loved following trends, instagram plays a massive part in that, I'm constantly scrolling through the app and theres always pieces that you see on other bloggers and you think to yourself I NEED THAT.  But then there are some items of clothing that you just feel that you need to have in your wardrobe, staples as such.  Jumpsuits are one of those items of clothing that I always looked at and wanted to try but was always too scared, now I love playsuits but jumpsuits just seem so different! Would they suit me? Would I look stupid? But I've always seen them as a timeless staple that I could have in my wardrobe so I knew I needed to try one.

I was doing casual browsing around the internet for my upcoming holiday and knew that a holiday playsuit would be perfect!  Now for more staple pieces there are always a couple of shops where I always head to first, Warehouse, Topshop to name a few and whilst browsing I spotted this gorgeous Miss Selfridge jumpsuit and was desperate to try it as the cut looked like it would be so flattering with the square neck and the little tie around the waist and I loved the polka dot design.  I knew that if I liked it after trying it on then it would perfect for my holiday and even for a day in the office.  And you know what, I absolutely love it! It suits my figure as it cinches me in in all the right places and it literally makes me feel like a million dollars!

Jumpsuit: Miss Selfridge // Sliders: Office // Bag: Topshop // Sunglasses: Quay Australia

Since I’ve bought this jumpsuit, I’ve added a couple more to my wardrobe – all black of course (my favourite colour) and I just love how easy they are to wear and style.  I've dressed it up with a pair of block heels on holiday and then casually like I have here with some sliders and a little basket bag.  I've gotten so much wear out of it and I get so many compliments whenever I wear it.  They are one of those items of clothing where you look like you have made more of an effort then you actually have.  If I don’t know what to wear or if I’m having a day where I don’t feel too body confident then I’ll always pop on one of my jumpsuits and I instantly feel 100 times better.

I'm constantly on the look out for new jumpsuits to add to my wardrobe so here's a couple of my favourite jumpsuits on the high street at the moment that I've got my eye on!

1. Warehouse // 2. Miss Selfridge // 3. Nobody's Child // 4. Topshop
5. ASOS // 6. ASOS // 7. Missguided // 8. ASOS

Do you love jumpsuits? How do you style them?

Love, Tasha x
