Hi guys and welcome back to a new post and I'm really excited for this one as it's a collaboration with Clarks! Blogging is super amazing in the way it connects you with iconic brands so when the email popped into my mail box I was over the moon and very surprised to be honest.  Clarks are such an iconic British brand and I've shopped there ever since I was younger as I bought all my school shoes there and now 20 odd years later for them to want to work with me and my blog is pretty mind blowing to say the least.

Looking through the website I was spoilt for choice as there was such a variety of styles but I settled on a pair of flat shoes which I thought would be perfect for Spring (if it ever decides to turn up) and decided on the Griffin Mia in Grey/Blue Suede and they are just so gorgeous!! They are just the most gorgeous colour and the fringing detail is just adorable and what's even better is that the fringing is detachable so you get two styles of shoe for the price of one.  The one thing that I can remember about Clarks shoes from when I was younger is that they were always extremely comfortable and these shoes are no different, the inner sole has cushion soft which ensures comfort all day long which is a major plus with me as my feet usually get cut to absolute shreds in new shoes! I featured these shoes on my instagram recently and they went down an absolute treat with you guys!

To really show the shoes off I decided to keep the rest of my outfit pretty monochrome (no change there then) with my trusty black joni's, a simple white tee and accessorised with a black and white neck tie which I've seen one of my favourite bloggers Charlotte from Lurch Hound Loves wearing recently.  This one in particular was £1.50 from Primark so an absolute bargain!  I love the sort of effortless look that it gives and I can see myself sporting it with a lot of outfits as I love the look it gives.  Obviously my hat was attached to my head (unlike my previous post where I shot without it - unheard of for me!) but it also covers up my messy messy hair,  I haven't had a hair cut or had it dyed in about 18 months and so it is well overdue.  I've got an appointment to get it sorted on Friday and I'm thinking of going for more of a balayage style which is what I had last time but I'm thinking of going much more blonder, will see how it goes!

What do you think of this look? Do you like these shoes from Clarks?
