OOTD: Cliche

Hi guys! My wardrobe consists of mainly monochrome items and when I'm out shopping they are the colours that I tend to be drawn too and pick up but I do love breaking it up with a pop of colour.  More recently than not, it's been burgundy (see here for a prime example), yes I know it's a cliche but burgundy is THE colour for Autumn/Winter and it goes perfectly hand in hand with my existing monochrome wardrobe.  This grey knit has been a saviour when I'm struggling with what to wear as it's such an essential basic to have in my wardrobe, I can literally throw it on and I love layering it like I have done with this fur gilet.  You can only really wear fur gilet's in Winter so I do try to get my wear out of it whilst I can so I bring this one out every year and love wearing it.  I recently re-purchased my Topshop Joni jeans and I seriously don't know what I was doing with my life without them, they suck you in in all the right places, are high-waisted and keep their shape, I'm super happy I bought them again and literally have not taken them off.  Accessories wise, I stuck to my faithful fedora and paired it with my McQueen scarf which I defo don't wear enough at the moment, it's such a statement piece to dress up any outfit and is always a talking point.  The final burgundy piece de resistance is these amazing boots from (have a guess?) M&S! I've spoken before about how you can find little gems in M&S and these are a great example, plus they are half price in the sale *run to closest M&S*

What do you think of this look? How do you wear burgundy?
