My Blogging Essentials

Macbook Pro: I don't think it's necessary to own a Macbook for blogging, I've had one since University and is probably my best purchase yet.  I can do everything I need to on this laptop and I'm always on it.  Apple are my favourite and I don't think I could possibly not own an Apple laptop in the future.

iPhone 6: I recently upgraded from an iPhone 4 to an iPhone 6 and it was one of the best decisions ever.  For me, the phone is the perfect tool for blogging as I can write notes, draft blog posts, take photos, update twitter and instagram to my hearts content.

Memory Cards: Very important tool for blogging, I own about 3/4 different size memory cards, Sandisk are my favourite brand.

Canon 600D and Tamron 18-200mm Lens: Again I don't think it's vital that you own a DSLR camera for blogging, I had a Canon 550D at University but then when it broke when I was out travelling in Australia  I upgraded to a Canon 600D.  I love it as the photos it takes are just so amazing and the flip out screen is so useful, especially for selfies! I mix and match with what lenses I use, either the kit lens or the Tamron 18-200mm Lens which is great as it has a lot more zoom and I can just use this single lens instead of changing between the two.

Diary: My sister bought me this diary for Christmas and I use it to plan what posts I have on what day etc and to be keep on top of my blog.  I think a diary is really valuable if you want to consistently grow your blog as it helps with scheduling.

List Book: I love making lists in general and this list book is great for keeping notes in and seeing where I am up to blogging wise.  I use it to write my blog ideas, what I need to do for each post eg. take photos, schedule, tweet etc and I find it's really handy to have.
