FOTD #2

This is a look that I've been wearing a lot this week so thought I would share with you the products I've been using.

I started off with the L'Oreal Lumi-Magique primer as I love it, I find that it brightens up my whole face.  Next I used the L'Oreal True Match foundation, I find it's really buildable and gives me great coverage but just as some extra coverage I used the Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum on my chin, cheeks and forehead as thats the areas where my foundation will come off throughout the day.  I popped some Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer under my eyes and down the centre of my nose just to brighten and then with the Real Techniques powder brush I used the Clinique Blended Face Powder all over my face.  I actually robbed this from my sister whilst shes in USA and I love it, I usually use the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder but I find that translucent powder is much more natural looking and doesn't look as caked on.  To bronze I used Nars Laguna and contoured in the hollows of my cheeks and along my temple.  On my cheeks I used my favourite blusher Clinique bashful blush and a recent re-discovery MAC Cream Blush in Hush, I use my MAC stippling brush to blend it in above my cheekbones as a highlighter.  It just adds a really subtle glow and is really long lasting.

On my eyes I used another MAC re-discovery in the form of MAC eyeshadow in Pink Freeze, it's a gorgeous pinky/lilac shade with a shimmer running throughout, I used it all over the lid and underneath as a liner to open my eyes.  I recently picked up the Benefit They're Real Push-Up Liner to test and can say that I love it!  I've always been a liquid eyeliner gal so was abit apprehensive whether I would get on with it but I was wrong.  The eyeliner is blacker than black and so easy to apply due to the shape of the flicked nib.  Just enough product comes out to ensure that you can create a simple winged look without it going on too thick.  I'm a gel eyeliner convert.  Carrying on with my Benefit love affair, I used the Benefit They're Real Mascara, it's my ultimate mascara as I find it lengthens and curls my eyelashes to beyond belief.  Brows I ran through with Tease from the Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette then with Benefit Gimme Brow to give some definition.

And lastly I used Clinique Chubby Stick in Woppin' Watermelon over my lips, such a sheer pink but so moisturising.

What do you think of this look? What products have you been using?

I think your skin looks flawless and it has such a nice glow! Is that because of the primer?
