5 Instant Pick Me Ups When You're Not Feeling Like You

Recently I haven't been feeling that great and defo not feeling like myself, (hence the lack of posting) I've been feeling very drained and incredibly sick and so I've been back and forth to the doctors this week but hopefully I'm on the mend now.  Unfortunately I've been stuck in work which is always awful when you're feeling sick but I've been re-lying on these little pick me ups to make me feel better:

1. Watch your favourite film: This always cheers me up, no matter how bad I'm feeling! Usually I stick on something light-hearted or Harry Potter or a Disney film.

2. Look over old photos: Again another fool-proof way to make me feel better is when I look over old photos and relive some old, amazing memories.

3. Fantasise over Ryan Gosling: No explanation needed for this one. What a beautiful beautiful man...

4. Flick through Pinterest: You can literally search through endless posts and gain inspiration from anything which immediately takes my mind off being sick and on to how I should re-decorate my bedroom...

5. Read a book: Get yourself immersed in the world of a book and forget about all your problems.
