CLEAN EATING & BOOTCAMP


This month I'm starting a diet detox alongside a bootcamp routine in the hope that I can tone up (travelling was not kind to me) and generally to be more healthy.  When I say 'diet detox' it just means healthy 'clean eating' so basically cutting out all the processed and fatty foods such as pasta, potatoes, bread, rice, chocolate etc.  I've cut out bread before so I know I can do that but I do eat a lot of pasta and potatoes so that will be a challenge, I'll be replacing it with chicken or fish and fresh vegetables such as carrots, broccoli etc.  I'm on the hunt for filling healthy recipes at the moment and I'm going to be completing a food diary so will update on here to record my progress.  The bootcamp sessions are 3 times a week and then I can attend additional zumba, bokwa or konga sessions if I want to but will see how I feel.  I'm going to try to keep this up for as long as I can and I'm quite excited to see what impact it has on my body.

Anyone have any healthy recipes for me to try?
